Prof. Abhinash Kumar is a distinguished academic leader and higher education strategist with over 29 years of experience transforming higher education through innovation, technology, regulatory excellence, and global partnerships. As Director General of the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at Galgotias University, he drives strategic academic growth, institutional governance, and digital learning transformations.

A true pioneer in Indian digital learning, Prof. Kumar played an instrumental role in introducing and structuring the framework for online higher education across the nation, guiding premier institutions in securing landmark regulatory recognitions while setting early benchmarks and sector-wide quality standards. His extensive expertise spans working alongside Indian regulatory authorities, including the University Grants Commission (UGC), to shape higher education policies, statutory approvals, accreditation frameworks, and quality assurance mechanisms.

Beyond national policy, he has spearheaded a flagship Government of India initiative under the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) focused on large-scale educational capacity building across Africa. As a recognized global thought leader, author, and keynote speaker on digital education, academic governance, learner engagement, and tech-enabled learning, Prof. Kumar continues to build sustainable frameworks that expand access to high-quality education for learners worldwide.

Dr. Diwakur Singh, Executive Director of the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Galgotias University, brings over 27 years of distinguished experience across EdTech, higher education, and global capacity development. A visionary leader in digital education, he has played a pivotal role in building and scaling online learning ecosystems and has successfully launched UGC-DEB-compliant online programs at leading institutions such as Amity University, GLA University, and Chandigarh University.

Driven by a learner-first philosophy, Prof. Singh is committed to making quality education accessible, flexible, and industry-relevant. His leadership integrates academic excellence with technology, innovation, and AI-enabled learning practices to create engaging and transformative educational experiences.

Through his forward-looking vision, he continues to empower learners beyond geographical and temporal boundaries while shaping future-ready professionals for a dynamic global landscape.

Dr. Dipu Bharali is a highly qualified academic and research professional with expertise in biomedical sciences. He holds a Ph.D. from University of Delhi in Medicine. He has extensive experience in research, teaching, and academic administration, having served as a professional at University Grants Commission (UGC), and as Senior Research Fellow at premier institutions including All India Institute of Medical Sciences and Maulana Azad Medical College.

Dr. Dipu has received several prestigious fellowships, travel grants, and young investigator awards from organizations such as the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL). His academic profile reflects a strong combination of scientific research capability, interdisciplinary expertise, and administrative experience in higher education and healthcare-related research.

Ashish is a seasoned growth and transformation leader with 20 years in the consulting industry. He has worked across India and Asia Pacific. His core domain includes business leadership, relationship and team management, go-to-market/demand generation with proven abilities to provide solution and define key metrics to grow business.

Excellent track record of top and bottom-line results balanced with customer satisfaction and reference ability. Worked with global leaders in FMCG, Pharma, Durables industry, currently working with a top-notch University, assisting them in their digital journey to achieve/maintain their competitive edge and operational efficiency.
